Mahmudia Delta s was born from our passion for nature, tourism and quality services. We offer our tourists the opportunity to visit some of the most beautiful places in the Danube Delta. Living in Mahmudia, we can say that we know many of the secrets of the Delta and we are proud to share them with you.

Of course, personalized excursions can be organized, depending on the places and tourist attractions you want to visit.
The routes include some of the most beautiful places to visit in the Danube Delta, placing great emphasis on the nature of the Danube Delta, one of the few wild places left in Europe. We are eager to show you the winding canals, the boundless lakes, the special forests, wild beaches and many other treasures of the Danube Delta.
You will feel like you are transported to another world altogether, crossing the narrow canals surrounded by reeds, with willows growing directly from the water, with glades and lakes full of water lilies, seeing wild horses, birds and the animals that abound in the Danube Delta. Visiting the Letea Forest and the Caraorman Forest, the places where the Danube flows into the Danube - Sulina and Sfnatu Gheorghe, you will experience spectacular, unforgettable images.
For these cruises in the Danube Delta we use open boats, equipped with benches and cushions for high comfort, which offer very good stability and safety, and experienced guides, willing to share all the secrets of the Delta.
Each person in the boat will receive a life jacket. Our travel speed is low / medium to allow you to discover the beauty of the Danube Delta. We stop at all points of interest to admire and photograph nature.

For private fishing tours, we will use a 4-seater boat (3 tourists and a guide).
For groups of 5-11 people, we will use the boat of 9 or 11 seats.
For groups larger than 11 people, we can make the trips with 2 or more boats.
Private groups are assigned a boat and a guide, and the rate shown is per boat/excursion/day.
Prices include:
- 1 place in the boat for 1-day or half-day excursions in the Danube Delta
- Guide in ROMANIAN or ENGLISH
Prices do NOT include:
- beverages
- Carriage transport (for transport to points of interest from Padurea Letea and Padurea Caraorman - 25 lei/person). Payment for transport is made on the spot, in cash.
- Insurance of any kind (travel, goods, etc.)
- Tourist access permit in the Danube Delta
Our excursions have a fixed price, no hidden costs.
Rules to be followed during the boat trip:
- After boarding, please keep your seat and do not make sudden movements, which can change the balance of the boat and make it difficult for the driver to maneuver
- Please supervise children throughout the trip
- Do not throw garbage into the water
- No smoking inside the boat
- We recommend that you have a bottle of water and a hat with you

Meeting and boarding
Our excursions depart from Strada Portului, loc. Mahmudia, at the time established by mutual agreement.
